Shipping Policy
At Kailasio, we work with trusted transport and courier partners to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. However, Kailasio shall not be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or insufficient shipping address details provided by the customer. In such cases, if re-shipment is required, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges, penalties, or additional costs incurred.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver all orders within approximately 6–8 working days from the date of shipment. All orders are dispatched through reliable courier partners and delivered directly to your doorstep.
Shipping Address
To ensure smooth and timely delivery, customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct postal/ZIP code and contact details. The billing address should match the address associated with your payment method, while the shipping address should be the location where you wish to receive the order.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Charges
In cases where product-related issues arise due to customer error, such as incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction not related to a manufacturing defect, the customer will be responsible for both the original shipping charges and return shipping charges.
Our Courier Partners
Kailasio uses reputed courier and logistics providers such as Bluedart, EcomExpress, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and other reliable delivery services. These courier partners generally deliver within 48–72 hours in major cities across India, depending on the shipping location and serviceability.
Alternate Shipping Options

Split Shipments
For multiple-item orders, products may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and dispatch locations. As a result, you may receive your items in multiple shipments.

All Kailasio products are shipped from India.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Due to Shipping Delays
Kailasio does not offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges solely due to delays caused by courier or shipping partners. However, at our sole discretion, we may offer store credit, promotional benefits, or goodwill compensation for future purchases.
Delay Notification
If your order is delayed due to stock issues or any unforeseen circumstance, our team will notify you promptly through email or other available communication channels.
Shipment Processing Time
We strive to process orders within 24–48 hours of successful order placement. Under normal conditions, delivery can typically be expected within 4–6 business days.
Please note that any shipment or delivery timelines shown on our website are indicative and may vary based on product availability, location, logistics constraints, or unforeseen delays.
Transit Risk
All orders shipped by Kailasio are insured at no additional cost to the customer. In the rare case of a shipment being lost in transit, Kailasio will initiate reprocessing of the order wherever possible. However, Kailasio shall not be responsible for packages lost after successful delivery to the address provided by the customer, or for damage to packaging after delivery has been completed by the courier partner.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, Kailasio will send shipment and tracking details via email. These details may include the courier partner’s name, tracking number, and expected delivery date.
Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier partner’s tracking portal.
Request for Address Change
If you need to update or change your shipping address, please inform us within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at customercare.kailasio@gmail.com. We will try our best to accommodate the request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
Ready to Ship Orders
Products listed under any Ready to Ship category are generally dispatched faster and are expected to be delivered within 4–6 business working days, subject to courier service availability.
Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier disruptions, remote location issues, operational challenges, public holidays, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will not be applicable solely on the basis of delay. However, Kailasio may choose to provide store credit, complimentary benefits, or other support on a case-by-case basis.
Custom Duty for International Orders
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply according to the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
