We kindly request that you promptly report any obvious transport damage to the delivery personnel and to Kailasio. This does not affect your warranty rights but helps us in making claims with shipping partners or suppliers.

All stated delivery times apply following order confirmation by Kailasio. For Cash on Delivery orders, this confirmation may occur after our team contacts you for verification. If the customer does not confirm the order, Kailasio reserves the right to cancel it at its discretion.

Retention of Title

Ownership of goods is transferred to the customer only upon full payment of the order amount.
