As a policy, Kailasio only accepts returns in case the product received is damaged. We do not accept returns for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, style preference, or any other non-damage-related concern.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team at customercare.kailasio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Eligibility for Damaged Products

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be received in a damaged condition
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear images of the damaged product must be shared with our support team for verification
• The product must be unused and kept in its original packaging

Important Return Guidelines

• Returns are only applicable for damaged items
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible
• Products that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted
• Kailasio reserves the right to verify the claim before approving the return

Return Process

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved:

• Our team will guide you through the return process
• After the returned item is received, it will go through a quality inspection
• If the claim is found valid, a refund or suitable resolution will be processed

Return Fees:

• 1 - 2 PRODUCTS: 250 INR
• 3 - 4 PRODUCTS: 400 INR
• 5+ PRODUCTS: 600 INR AND ABOVE

Refund Process

• Refunds for approved damaged-product returns will be processed within 3–5 business days after successful quality verification
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method or through another agreed method, depending on the case

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Applicable for size change or product exchange

Exchange Process

2. Mention the product you want to exchange and the preferred size/product
3. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable) or guide you further
4. Once the product is received and passes quality check, the exchange will be processed
